Stapleford Granary

Event description

Tuesday 30 June | 19.30 | £12/£6 under 16

Enjoy traditional folk music, dance tunes, songs, stories and even dance steps from Hungary.

Having played in Greece, Serbia, Austria and London, this is a rare chance to experience the culture of Hungary in the intimate setting of Stapleford Granary.

This folk music is founded on the seed of original instruments, singing and traditional instrumental techniques, but extracted and organized according to the Mentés Másként Trió’s own experience.

The Mentés Másként Trió will be working with the Hills Road Sixth Form College Folk Roots group during the afternoon and will present some of this work during the evening.
